Most companies didn't want to deal with this situation since it is not high profit scenario. A couple even tried to sell me a new furnace claiming that would fix the situation.

John was a superstar!!! He came and fixed a problem from a previous duct cleaner today and now I have peace of mind that my children and I are breathing clean, safe air! With two kids and myself having asthma and having had an issue with mold in our basement it's great to know that and they around to come abate and clean out our duct work and HVAC unit professionally and safely!
