I am very happy with the work that Eric has done for me. I started by asking him to fix a leak in the bathroom and make the room handicap accessible. I loved what he did so much that I had him do a whole house make over. Every room turned out wonderful. He also did porches, a large covered deck, re-roofed my house and finished out a craft studio for me. Eric was so easy to work with and I loved his positive attitude. If I have a new project he will definitely be the one I want for the job.

We had Eric Mendoza and his crew remodel my mother-in-law's kitchen. We were pleased with the entire project. The quality of work was very professional and was performed per the schedule. He worked to help us pick out tile, faucets, etc., and assisted in helping us stay within budget. Our next project is a bathroom remodel and we will definitely get a quote from Pound for Pound. Great work and quite reasonable.

Had them come out and repair our stucco and paint the exterior of our home. We couldn't be happier with our final product.

We contacted Eric Mendoza for a whole house remodel. His work is remarkably good. No issue was too large or too small. Whatever the challenge, he had a no problem attitude. If we were concerned about something, he was on it. He is very conscientious and pleasant to work with. He is a good supervisor of his own men and we were impressed that, when we were absent, he also felt some responsibility for other workers on the property. He is very trustworthy and just a real good man. We look forward to him taking over our garage rebuild.

Argo | Jan 2018 | Total gut and remodel of entire home. Floor and foundation was completely collapsed on both ends of home and required a new footer, foundation, and floor to be rebuilt. Then, the existing part of the home desperately needed shoring with peer and beam to strengthen various areas of floor frame. Framing in attic also required laminated beams to suspend ceiling properly and for a new open concept kitchen to be accommodated. Next, the floor plan was arranged to allow for a three bedroom, two bath, 1350 square foot home and new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC was installed as well as and updated feel to the interior and exterior of the home. In conclusion, it was a lot of work to restore this home but the end result was worth it. | $165k | Artesia, NM | |
Velasquez | Apr 2017 | The project entailed repairing of the stucco on the front column of the home as well as the pop outs. These areas showed signs of cracking and were in need of attention. Then I refinished the brown coat with new elastomeric finish coat and once all the rest of the prep work was done, such as masking and taping, we were able to spray all the walls with exterior super paint flat and the popouts were accented with a different color by brush and roller. Two exterior doors were paint the same accent color but with a satin finish. | $5k | Artesia, NM |
