Horrible workmanship! My home was built in the Spring of 2018; Premier Service HVAC installed my HVAC system (didn't know this company) and I have had nothing but trouble with it. Chad installed the system two years ago and when I called him for the first repair he never returned my call. After calling a second time and no response I chose another HVAC company. Chad finally emailed me and was quite arrogant. Would never deal with an arrogant, unprofessional individual again, very disappointed with his attitude. The second company I called successfully repaired my first issue but now another problem, due to poor installation, has surfaced. My system is only 2 years old and riddled with problems because of less than professional installation. If you want a quality HVAC system I don't recommend Premier Service HVAC. I do hope he will put forth the effort to improve.
