Worst experience ever renting from Benjamin James. It was originally Kinley Realty and they did fine but Benjamin James took over and it went downhill from there. They do not fix things that go wrong. You have to call them numerous times and continuously remind them. It’s horrible. The homes are not up to par. They do just enough to get by.
