BAIT & SWITCH SCAMMER. A trusted family member who used this business referred owner to us. Pictures of owner's work on his website looked professional. Owner provided us with a written contract listing the details of the scope of work and a total price. Owner also spoke with us at least 5x. When owner arrived, he started piling on extra charges for items in his list. It was obvious he would not honor his price. Worse, owner demanded a 60+% payment before starting, even though he never specified an advance payment. Clearly, Owner wanted his profit upfront in case he decided to abandon the job. Owner refused to discuss any of this and packed up and ran off the job, leaving us with a dismanted house we prepped for the job. DO NOT BE FOOLED.
