This company was hired to " HOT Seal" our parking and driving area in a private residential area. They promised they would Fill all penetrating cracks never done, they used a low grade poor quality sand based slurr to blackened the area, within the first 5 days the hundreds of cracks started leaking and leeching water. Today over 74 + cracks are leaking no seal no hot seal, no cold seal, no coal seal just a cheap "Masking" I would never recommend them to any one, at least we have the ability to file both a formal complaint with the CSLB and a small claims court action. They defrauded us.....
