I just had the BEST experience I've ever had with ANY repair services I've received. That is all because of a brother named Jerome York! He was on time, knowledgeable, experienced, quick, efficient, and a true blessing to say the least! Flamingo is very lucky to have this gentleman on their team and I hope he is rewarded handsomely for services and great work! Thank You Jerome York!! ✊💪

The scheduling and notification/communication process needs improvement. Was booked for the wrong date/time and now the repairs are further delayed. Not acceptable.
