Adam Stillman designed our home in the Virginia-Highlands.. He did so as a contractor to the builder that we worked with. We did not work with him directly. Once we moved into our home we tried to park our car into the garage. Due to the design as constructed by Adam Stillman we are not able to actually get a car into the garage. When Adam Stillman was approached about this he and his lawyers declined to help fix the problem. Instead they claim that the house is built as designed and a car can get into the garage. We have had multiple people try to drive car into our garage, of various sizes (honda civic to mid size suv). There is not a single car that can get it. Yet they insist a car can drive into it, but decline to actually specify how that is possible - when we all know that it is not. With this problem we are looking at a significant devaluation of our home.
