Very disappointed! I found Bobby on thumbtack.We scheduled a time and a date for him to come out .He texted me stating when he would arrive,when the time comes, I don't hear anything from him so I text to confirmed that he's on his way .He responded to reschedule for the next day ..who does that the last minute ? Not only did I have to call to see if he was coming,he didn't respond after he ask to come the next day when I stated I was busy ..no apologies,extremely unprofessional and rude !! I'm glad he didn't come,I wouldn't trust this man!!

We had booked a job with another company that didn't show up... We called Bobby at Charity Floors and they came right away and gave us a better price on hardwood flooring and install and completed job on time! Excellent company and very professional! I would highly recommend them... Kevin
