Your Floor was professional, clean, and courteous. We are quite satisfied with the finished product. Our hardwood floors look amazing! The finishing work around the edges looks great. In the middle of the construction, our 2-year-old daughter escaped and started running through the floor of the house that was under construction. One of the workers caught her and gently brought her back to us. We did run into a small problem where one of the wires to our alarm system was cut or disengaged. They quickly reimbursed us for the work that we had to get done to fix that problem with minimal questions. They truly care about customer service. We would definitely recommend Your Floor to anybody in the area.

We had a wonderful experience.  We had our floors refinished 2 years ago and the contractor did a horrible job so we were more diligent in our research this time.  I signed up online for a consultation.  Steve showed up on time and was extremely helpful. We were planning on just refinishing the floors, but Steve mentioned that they can hand scrape the floors for a distressed look.  We had never heard of this before and watched the video on YourFloor's website to see how it was done.  We loved the hand scraped look so we accepted the quote and YourFloor was at our house a little over a week later to complete the work.  Robert showed up on time every day and was very knowledgeable.  It happened that the week the floors were getting the poly applied there was a cold snap one night so the air didn't run in the house and the poly didn't dry enough to have the next coat applied the next morning.  Instead of rushing the job, Robert suggested coming back the next day and we were very happy he was willing to wait so the floors were completed correctly.  YourFloor did a wonderful job and the floors look awesome!

Your Floor refinished and sanded approx 1000 sq ft of wood floors on my ground floor. We purchased a new home and the floors were a little beat up. Before moving in, we got quotes from multiple companies and looked on Angie's List for reviews. After gathering all the information, Your Floor was the same price and seemed like they did amazing quality. I mentioned Angie's List and they were able to dip just a little below another company's price and I was sold. The work was estimated for completion in 3 days. The actual work took 2 days, but the manager called me to say that due to the humidity they wanted to wait a day in between work days 1 and 2 to allow for a better result. They were awesome with helping me pick out a colour, were punctual, professional, and performed excellent work. My floors look AMAZING and my walls are in perfect condition after too (no bumping of sideboards). The dust was minimal and they covered all my appliances and tv for protection. If I ever need floor work again I would absolutely hire Your Floor. A++

The end result is a high quality floor and stair. We are thrilled with the result. Our sales person was responsive and helpful, and patient with questions. He came to our home to measure and prepare an estimate. He followed up promptly with changes to the estimate as requested. The team onsite for demo and installation were courteous and professional. They moved our major furniture (we moved all the small things ourselves) out (and back in again after the work was done) and treated it with care. They covered our bookshelves and kitchen cabinets with plastic sheeting to protect them and reduce the amount of dust getting into our things. The team lead offered helpful guidance when choosing stain color and finish. He helped me narrow it down to 4 options then he stained a section of the floor with each so I could compare them and see how they would look in our home. Each day they left the site clean and tidy. Someone from the main office communicated with us via email to give us status updates, follow up on the contract signature, etc. which worked well for us. I would happily recommend them to others.
