I hired Help Atlanta Services through Thumbtack to assemble seven pieces of Ikea furniture. About working on 15% of the project, the owner demanded more money and walked off of the job.

We're not going to get into details but we'll use this as a learning experiencel. There 2 sides to every story and errors on both sides. When using 3rd party apps to book Services, quotes are sent automatically and some customers may book with a push of a button without confirming the details. We both failed and we'll continue to do better. To advoid this situation I we ask is to please confirm your quote either by phone or email and if there is a disagreement in price we can work with you or peacefully move on. Thank you
