After noticing a disconnect between what the HVAC industry is providing and the quality service that customers deserve, Vital Air Services, a division of Vis Viva, was born.

  | High Performance Bungalow in Roswell | Oct 2015 | Vital Air Services provided design consultation and installation services for the HVAC system in this home. Installation consisted of a Daikin Ducted Mini-split with a DZK zoning kit. Installation also included make-up air and continuous fresh air. The home was designed to meet or exceed Energy Star V.3 and NetZero Energy standards. Installation passed all inspections on first attempt. The extreme Air sealing and inslulation installed in the home created challenges for proper equipment sizing and fresh air ventilation.
