Heritage Property Management

I called them to let them know I wasn't getting my mail and no one was blocking my mailbox. They told it was nothing they could do when in fact they had been in contact with the postal service. I haven't gotten mail delivered in 2months and when I go pick up in post office they don't give me all of my mail. I'm not getting my bills or anything. The HOA sucks they aren't working for the community and they are rude! Please don't move in this community! I wouldn't wish these problems on my worst enemy. I'm moving SOON!

Do NOT buy into a community that is "managed" by this company. They will run it into the ground. Do your research. I would hate for others to go through what we have gone through with this company. This company is incompetent, unprofessional and only cares about its bottom line.
