Swanson Construction is a General Contractor servicing the SouthEastern Mass and Rhode Island markets in both the residential and commercial building markets. We are a Certified Passive House builder, Licensed Commercial and Residential Rhode Island Contractor, Licensed MA Home Improvement Contractor, Licensed MA Construction Supervisor. Swanson Construction has been constructing custom homes, additions and renovating homes and area businesses since 1923. We work with both local and national architects and designers. In addition to this we offer design/build services as well. We are known for building homes that last, we are not interested in building to code minimums (or less).
