Limitless Painting

I hired Troy Mendoza to do my house exterior and it was a very bad experience. He ended up quitting and not finishing the job after spending over 2 weeks working on it. Over that 2 week span though he actually only spent 2 whole days. It was suppose to be a 4 day job. I had issues with over-spray, paint drips, caulking or lack of, applying a true 2 coats of paint in some areas, paint on areas that were not suppose to be painted, power washing was missed on some trim boards that had mold, damage a stone ledge and killed some of my grass washing and rinsing the paint off his rollers and brushes. I had to supervise the entire time in order to get the quality I was expecting as well as what was written in the contract. He also had to borrow some of my tools to do the job. In general, he is not a professional.
