Mark Rice, the owner came to give me a bid. Not only is he extremly communicative but when he says something is going to happen or be done you can count on it. We gutted, (to the sheetrock) an 1187 square foot condo that Mark had complete control of and he did every inch beautifully. I did not feel like I had to micromanage him or question a thing. Building, electrical, plumbing, sheet rocking, tile, floor, cabinets, doors he managed it all. I wish I could share my before and after photos here. A+++

Wow !! These guy's are the best. We had (2) porches done and both are amazing. They found some issues while working on the front porch and fixed it with no problem. The whole crew was very friendly and helpful while on the job. We also had a patio door installed and then at the last minute had them put in a new Front door. Both doors are Great. A Big Thank you to Mark and his crew, we love the decks!

Mark helped us open up our staircase. It looks amazing! Originally it was dry walled and we wanted to open it up to make the room bigger and brighter. It is a complicated staircase because it has several landings but he did a great job! He came out and showed us some pictures of a previous staircase he had done and we told him what we were hoping for. He nailed it! I love that it is one of a kind! Each piece of lumber was milled in his shop. It was done in a timely matter, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with Mark. We will definitely use him again for anything we need. We highly recommend him!
