Appliance Whisperer

I was very disappointed!! This man was very rude to my family while in my home. Talked to me like I was stupid over the phone. He didn't seem to know much about what he was doing! I wish I would have known about his terrible attitude because I would not have paid his $60 service fee for him to come be a jerk to my wife and father in law!! Will never recommend to anyone! In fact, just go look somewhere else now while you still have the chance!!

After having another repairman take 10 days to replace the problem part for our dryer (wrong part, he didn't return our phone calls, made appts., but didn't show up or call, etc.), we were lucky to have a friend recommend Matt, the Appliance Whisperer. Matt resolved the issue with our dryer and had it working properly within 2 hours. Matt is funny, personable, courteous, honest, and a true professional. He even answers his own phone and returns calls promptly! I will never use another appliance repairman and feel blessed that Matt is now "OUR Appliance Whisperer". Thank you so much, Matt! Is it possible to give a negative rating? This outfit has employees with zero customer service skills and they will lie. My wife was told that our dishwasher was leaking due to it not being level, after working perfectly for 3 years!!!! When apporached the tech was not only unpersonable but he simply did not care. Called them back next day after running the unit (which leaks even worse now) and no one will return our calls. DO NOT DO business with these crooks you WILL be sorry. Find a COMPANY been doing businees in Denver for more then 10 years with knowledgable personnell and you will be better served!!!! This outfit is a JOKE!!!! Bad company.
