We have had the best service provided by Royal Bengal father and son service for the past few years. Service to our prior HVAC system. In the midst of COVID they installed an entirely new HVAC system that has worked perfectly. This system was installed before all of the weather hit to ensure our family's comfort during the summer and winter months. Then again in the heart of winter just as the holiday approached our Carbon Monoxide alarm went off and 911 was called. The Fire department arrived and verified the detected CO2 levels near our Water heater and Furnace and turned both out and cleared the air in our basement. Royal Bengal father and son were called same day and both arrived in the hour and checked the levels in both after turning systems on for both and leaving running for both for more than 20 minutes. They checked levels with my husband and then we walked through the scenario with my car starting in the garage and the CO possibly traveling to the basement just this morning in our departure. We have their information to call if by chance we run into any challenges, They were here testing everything including the roof covering/enclosure for more than an hour and did not hurt our pockets close to the holiday. What an honest family company. They have continued to treat us well and we will only use their service as long as they are in business. They have never shyed away from coming to checked and ensure our equipment is working well whether they installed it or not. We are grateful for Taufiq Raihan and his sons for sure.
