Cutting down a Russian olive tree 40 ft tall and 12 and 1/2 in round it is completely dead and it needs to be cut down along with a few other little branches that are hanging down over my property line making it difficult to move around it not to mention some of the branches had destroyed a brand new lattice did I put up last summer.
