Do not be fooled by this company! Beware of the shrewd and conniving sales person - she is actually the wife of the contractor. She pretends to be a friendly person and then becomes the client's worse nightmare: unresponsive, rude and condescending. Pricing was neither high nor low and they put on a nice act at the initial meeting taking us to several job sites and showing us what great things they could do so we fell for it. In reality they overcommitted and dragged out for almost three weeks a simple job of installing irrigation, landscaping and building a small playset that according to instructions shouldn't take more than 10 hours! They never communicated properly so we didn't know when they would show up or when they would leave and many times there were just severe discrepancies between the pricing as well as between what the wife said and the her husband. Last straw was when I asked for the contractor to show us how to set up the sprinkler control box and Lisa basically called us stupid saying it was very easy to figure things out anyway but she will do us a 'favor' and show us after all ?! We will continue the remainder work another contractor and I will make sure to check reviews next time and warn new neighbors about this so-called company!
