Damage to my back flow check after blow out, cap totally off valve body(High pressure). Left voicemail and text with photo off damage, no return calls but cashed the check. Look elsewhere theirs better and more trustworthy Lawn Care Companies out there.

Extremely unprofessional. Not sure what happened to to this business. Maybe the owner just got tired and doesn't want to do the work anymore. I used them for years. I never had an issue till this year. After paying to have them out for spring lawn startup, mowing, power raking, etc. I asked them to fix the plastic popup bonnet in the backpressure relief valve. This usually is an issue every year because the plastic breaks. Not a big deal. I pay for them to fix it every year just about. This year. The owner (I think) comes out to the house and uses an 8" flat head screwdriver to chisel the old part out. Ruing the threads in the valve itself. Not only does he do this the wrong way. He forces a new one in the unit as hard as he can. The thing still leaks!! I called last week to find out when they were coming back out and was told Friday. I called all day Thurs to find out what time and no answer no call back. I called on Friday, no answer, no call back. I finally go in touch with them this morning to express my disappointment and all I heard was somehow this is my fault because they chose to repair something the wrong way. On top of everything else, I paid them for the repair (so I could prove they were here on the day specified) and the repair is not done. I will now have to pay someone else that's competent to fix it and send them the bill. Let's see how well that goes. I'm sure they'll be just as unprofessional when it comes to that as they were about fixing it. Use another company. Plenty of lawn services out there that can be used and save your pain and frustration with these unprofessional people. Sad story for sure. Go someplace else!!
