C4 provided me a $600 estimate to properly bolt down 2 existing toilets. Once they pulled the toilets they discovered that they need toilet flanges. to their credit they indicated that it would be an additional cost. Toilet flanges cost $31 a piece. The bill came to $1,157 for 2.5 hours of work and it came with no back up info on labor or materials. Be very careful if you choose C4 Plumbing.
