N&S paving

Where do I begin? Hired Noah and N&S Asphalt to tear out my old driveway and install a new one. Got back to me right away and offered a good price. They were able to come out a few days later and perform the work. First thing they did wrong was break the water shut off that was in the driveway apron. Second thing I noticed right away, the truck they were using leaked hydraulic fluid all over the street in front of my home as well as the neighbors. The driveway looked good the day of install. We waited the required 2 days to drive on it per Noah. Then the lack of quality started to show through once we were able to park on it. Every time we parked our cars on the driveway, the tires would sink leaving divots where the tires were. This is when I started to realize they did a bad job of packing down the base gravel underneath. Also some light ruts started to form where i would pull my car in and out of the garage. Also, the driveway apron where they broke the city water shutoff( which the city has to come back and fix and WILL BE CHARGING THEM) is literally crumbling from driving on it. and is also sinking.So I decided to call Noah and explain the issue. I called and called several numbers including his personal and left many text messages and NOBODY WOULD CALL BACK. Weeks went by without a response. It was only when I threatened to contact an attorney and gave a final ultimatum did he decide to call back a week later and said he would be out in a week to look at it and promised to take care of it. I was told to keep driving on it as normal. Well, more weeks went by and never heard from him nor did he come out. I finally saw him out in Oswego doing an estimate for another driveway. I questioned why he has never made it to my home. He said he would be out within a week. Where have i heard this before? And once again, weeks have went by and NO CALL, NO SHOW! Seems he has blocked my number as every time i call it goes right to voicemail. So I guess I have no choice but to hire an attorney and have it go through the courts. I would have left 0 stars but I had to leave something so he gets a half star. I feel as though the second he had his money he could care less about the job and poorly done job they did. How hard is it to call back? Needless to say, I WOULD STEER FAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
