Baum Property Management Ltd

Our association has had Baum Property Management for 3+ years - We have had nothing but improvements, suggestions to guide us to make our property look updated, and staff that cares about our community. Problems are solved within a day or two. We have had property managers who genuinely care about us as people and our concerns. At present, we have Daphne Morton - and she replaced the manager who returned to get his college degree. Daphne picked up where he left off, and has not let us hanging in the interim. Whenever we have asked to meet with Mike Baum - he is readily available as well. I have recommended Baum Properties to others that are looking at changing and highly recommend Baum to those that ask.
