I would not use M&M Restoration (or whatever name they go under) again. Things started out well and he is a nice enough guy but once he got started and he had other projects/issues I was always pushed back and had no shoes without letting me know until it’s too late. The only viable excuse he gave once was a family emergency. Then broken trucks, other projects taking longer than he thought, son’s open house, and general no shows or late starts/early leaves. Add to that grout is cracking on floors-not sure if shower areas were properly grouted or caulked, gaps between floor tiles and wall that could have easily been fixed by using another tile. I thought he cash pricing was an advantage but in the end it cost me more to have someone come finish the work.
