I have a total of 23 years of experience in the appliance service industry, 18 years as a factory trained and authorized technician on virtually all major brands, EPA certified for sealed system repairs on refrigeration and air conditioning. I have 5 years experience as a manager, which has allowed me to see the customers needs from different perspectives.
