I was searching different companies and reviews looking for someone other than____ to clean my carpets. I asked the person answering the phone what cost to clean 5 areas and stairs. She gave me a basic cleaning quote and let me know the techs will give an estimate before any work is done. I made appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment I'd received a call from techs when they were 25 minutes away. While doing the walk through I could tell they were the real deal. They gave estimate before any work as I had a few issues with carpet. Main reason I searched for a new services. My spots were returning and I felt that it could come cleaner. They made there promise to me. cleanest carpet ever and spot issue resolved.....Thanks guys!
