I asked Ann to design a living space addition for my 80 year old mother that I am moving out here. In getting my first amount of money in designing, they did great. Since that time I have continued to try and contact them to see where we are with getting the permits and no response for a month. Just contacted my city permit office and nothing has been submitted to them. I do not recommend using them as now I am so far behind in getting thing ready for my mom.
