Your home is likely your most significant asset. And when it comes to choosing a contractor to work on your home, it is a very serious decision. At Fine Line Remodeling, when we take on your construction project, we approach it like we were working on our own home. We look at all aspects of the job before we even think about grabbing a tool. We will come out and go over your project with you. We will inspect the site and take measurements. We will calculate the materials that will be required and how long it will take to complete the job. We will give you a firm quote for the total price of the job. You will deal with one of the owners from the start, not some high pressure sales person who gets you to sign the deal and then is never seen again. And we don't charge a fee for making changes as we go. You pay only for the additional materials and time. From start to finish we provide you with fair and professional service. We will value you as our client. And since over 90% of our clients come from customer referrals, we will do everything we can to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the job. That's our pledge to you.

Houston L.
Our remodeling project with Fine Line Remodeling was on the schedule and ready to start. Then we emailed Jason, asking how the permitting process works. We are removing a load baring walls and doing a lot of electrical and plumbing work, so permits would obviously be required. Jason's emailed response was simply to quit, leaving us without a contractor after having committed over $25,000 to get the project going. After dodging our calls all day we finally got him to elaborate on why he quit after we asked about permits. He explained that HE WILL NOT TAKE A JOB IF IT INVOLVES PERMITTING. He wanted to remove load bearing walls from our home without permits. So we asked if he would take the job if we were to agree to do it illegally and he said, "Oh, then I am your man." Naturally, this was worrisome. I asked him that if we agreed to do this illegally, as he was requiring, could he please communicate his needs better in the future, rather than just quitting. Nightmare scenarios were playing out in my head of getting halfway into the project and having Jason quit on us again because something halfway displeasing happened. His response was to QUIT AGAIN. This time saying "this isn't a good fit". If you are looking for an unprofessional prima-donna who refuses to do legal work, then Jason "is your man".
