I had a deck and ramp needed build for my mom vIse she broke her him. Chad came right away and worked late into the night to finish and did a outstanding job, I would and will refer him to anyone I know that's needs handyman work done.. thank you chad for your hard work.

CONSUMERS PLEASE BE AWARE: I contacted Chad Lundeen, owner of Elbow Grease Handyman Services to request a quote on removal of a concrete handicap ramp from my back porch to be replaced with 2 wood stairs. On 6/22/2019, I gave Mr. Lundeen $250.00 cash deposit to be used for purchasing any supplies or renting any equipment to complete the job. He did neither. Instead he arrives with a small, non commercial jackhammer which was not equipped to handle the slab. He also told me he already had leftover wood for our stairs from a previous job demolition. Obviously frustrated after realizing he was unequipped to complete the job, Mr. Lundeen left our home without notice and has not been back. He has been completely unprofessional in avoiding all our texts and phone calls to try and resolve the situation in a civil manner. We requested in writing he complete the job or return our refund. He has done neither. Therefore, he gave us no choice but to file a police report on 7/9/2019 for theft. We will also be taking Mr. Lundeen to Small Claims Court as the police officer suggested. Our hope in posting this review is that no other consumer’s money is taken by Mr. Lundeen. DO NOT give Mr. Lundeen your hard earned money for a deposit prior to him completing any job you might hire him to do and get references to make sure he is actually capable of doing the job you are requesting him to do. ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH.....I came home from work to find that Chad Lundeen, owner of Elbow Grease Handyman Services had left my home on 6/25/2019 without notice or completing the job he was contracted to do. He had been given a cash deposit of $250.00 beforehand for materials/equipment needed for the job. He has yet tried to remedy the complete disarray and hazardous mess he left in my backyard. Being the unprofessional he is, Mr. Lundeen has continued to avoid my texts and phone calls. After giving him the benefit of the doubt, I gave Mr. Lundeen notice in writing requesting the job be completed or my deposit be refunded, Mr. Lundeen has given us no other choice but to file a police report on him for theft. This complaint is to warn all consumers considering Elbow Grease Handyman Services for your small job: DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN, CHAD LUNDEEN, YOUR MONEY PRIOR TO HIM COMPLETING ANY JOB!!! Chris S.
