Greg and his team did a great job with our renovation which was fairly complex involving multiple structures in a very poor state. We converted an old farm into a wedding and event venue. Greg's team was able to take it from Texas Chainsaw Massacre to Pinterest board worthy. He is responsive and easy to communicate with. I appreciated that he was quick with getting a bid back and pricing for any change requests. He also allows you to source your own materials to save on costs. His team was all very cheerful and pleasant to work with while on the job. We even had some paint issues on one of the structures after the fact and Greg had his Sherwin Williams rep come out and take a look and fixed it for no charge. His team also helped us with various odd and end projects on the landscaping as well including tree trimming, gravel drive, plant beds, and junk hauling. The project turned out beautifully!

Greg and his crew did a great job on remodeling my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Really appreciate the hard work. And I love all my new granite countertops and the tile in my walk in shower was awesome!

I hired Greg to help me get my North Cat Mountain home ready to put on the market to sale. I had a limited budget and Greg was helpful and guided me in what to focus on to get the most bang for my buck. He installed beautiful wood floors and painted the interior of my home..We also replaced all lighting, ceiling fans, fixtures and landscaping.. My home sold in 10 days! I couldn't have been more pleased. He also remodeled my Hyde Park condo at the same time and I was able to move in before my sold home closed. I will use Greg for all my future home projects.

Instead of renovating our house, Greg Beckham has performed ridiculously poor quality work, done actual damage to our house, lied to us, missed commitments, and disappeared repeatedly for weeks at a time. See our website at gregbeckhamaustin.com for detailed descriptions and photos. The situation has been ongoing for almost a year and we have given him multiple chances to make the house right. He gives us commitments, and then time after time, fails to deliver. Our house is still uninhabitable. The kitchen granite job is horrible, with crooked edges, a wide ugly seam between two pieces, and a piece that is too small to even cover the top of one of the cabinets. He took our kitchen sink and replaced it with a used stainless sink. He also took our faucet, leaving us with no water in the kitchen. His worker removed our kitchen windowsill and put it in the living room (where a windowsill was missing) and then replaced the kitchen windowsill with a cheap warped board. Beckham told us he'd taken the windowsill out because the wood was rotted underneath. This was a lie. The wood was not rotted, and his worker confirmed this. The interior paint job is awful. White semi-gloss trim paint is on the beige eggshell walls, and splotches of beige wall paint are on the trim. Electrical sockets are clogged with paint, and many of the light switches were painted. Cabinet doors in our kitchen and baths are warped and no longer shut. The doors to our dining room and laundry no longer shut. In some areas, the paint is already peeling off. Throughout the house there is paint on the door and cabinet hardware, drawer rollers, and closet hardware. There is even paint on the rubber seal to our HVAC closet. He removed the tile in our foyer, leaving the concrete gouged and unlevel. It looked like a jackhammer was used on the floor. He has been incapable of making the foyer floor level enough for laminate. His last effort was to use thinset mortar to try to level the floor. Thinset mortar is not suitable for leveling a floor. It is for laying tile. He should have used self-leveling compound, but did not. He left trash all over our property, inside and out. He used our radio, box fan, and shop vac. The box fan and shop vac are ruined, broken and covered in paint and dust. The radio still works, but is also covered in paint and dust. He told us to select our wall paint from Sherwin Williams' website, leaving us to think we were getting a high quality paint, when what he actually did was get one of Lowe's cheapest paints in the color we chose. He removed the toilets in both bathrooms. One was replaced, but the other never was. There is paint spray and splatter on our window screens, windows, patio, garage floor, and more. He started landscaping the front yard way too soon in the project, and the flowerbeds are now covered in leaves, with weeds growing in the mulch. He was supposed to clear out the backyard. This was begun, but never completed. He continually asked for more money "for his workers," even though we'd already paid him 3/4 of his estimated price. We are pursuing legal action against Greg Beckham and have filed a complaint with the BBB. In conclusion, DO NOT LET GREG BECKHAM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOME!!!
