Pedro's Handyman Service & Repair

Last year we hired Pedro’s Handyman to do some tile work and a bathroom remodel. They botched the job and after trying to resolve the issues with them via Better Business Bureau, we took them to court and was awarded a judgement of ~$7000 plus interest but they refuse to pay. As you move forward with home improvement jobs, simple or complex, make sure your contractor has ample insurance; takes responsibility for their work; respects the court decision when judgement is awarded for poor workmanship and has never been sued before.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Did not keep their word on date of tile install. I understand a week delay it happens but 2 months out! ? Very unprofessional. Would not waste my time with Pedro’s Handyman services.

I cannot say enough good things about Pedro Carrion from Pedro the Handy Man. We had a 120 sq. foot job in Pflugerville where we needed to have some carpet removed and tile installed. Initially we contracted with another company who flaked out after 3 weeks of delays in starting. In hindsight this was probably the best thing that could have happened. I got Pedro’s contact information from a neighbor who used his services and made a call. I spoke with Dee and from that conversation I knew this was the right company. She mentioned several considerations about the installation that the other company didn’t bring up or simply didn’t know to bring up. Many of Dee’s suggestions made perfect sense and the job is much nicer for her suggestions. Pedro came over to give us a solid quote and we discussed several details about how we wanted to job to look and he was able the start the next day. Pedro was extremely courteous and right on time. Both he and Dee were great with communicating via text and email and were very reasonable on their prices. Pedro was very detail oriented and diligent about his work. The install is straight and level, looks amazing, and his attention to details is readily apparent. Most importantly the wife is thrilled. At the end of the day the job was completed promptly and beyond our satisfaction. I will absolutely use Pedro again on our next job and would 100% recommend him. www.pedrothehandyman.com Paul Morgan
