If I could rate this company zero I would! Bid on a huge backyard patio job, acted as if she could do it all no problems! She used substandard materials, didn’t get landmarks approval (she said it wasn’t necessary) causing us to be stuck in a muddy backyard mess for months with no work being done. In the middle of our project her main crew workers quit on her. She eventually stopped returning our calls and even failed to respond to certified letter of explanation describing the unfinished and substandard work. In the end she abandoned the project. Stopped responding to emails, texts, calls, even regular mail! We had to hire a new company and pay to have half of what she had done removed and restarted because of how badly it was done. Was not up to code and was failing apart! Heard from two other home owners she did the same or similar to them. Horrible!
