It was my parents who have passed and I need to start getting it ready for an estate sale & property sale. It's a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath large home. Once my mom got sick it has fallen neglected. I will be completely honest; I keep up with the basic cleaning but there are cobwebs and it's got high sealings (12 ft I think?), it was pressure washed so there's dirt in the window sills and some dead bugs in the unused rooms/corners (from the cobwebs). I realize it's going to be an extensive job and I will probably keep up a service until it sells. Please let me know if anything can be done and I appreciate your time!
