Michael called right away and came out within two hours. He was pleasant and businesslike, listened carefully to my explanation, and explained what he was doing as he looked for the problem. When he determined it was First Energy's responsibility, he wrote up what he did and what he found so I could give it to First Energy's person. Throughout the process he was very helpful, I will definitely recommend him (and porch.com) to my friends, and I will definitely use him again.

Made sloppy mistakes on rough in, (ie. location of wire for double ovens which I pointed out initially but Spates said would rectify at finish and made installation take 2hours) some of which were not uncovered until finish. Had contract for complete job, but Spates after much delay, refused to return to do the finish - knowing there were problems that might not be correctable and would take more time than he anticipated in his contract. So he cost me a significant amount more than the contract price, and my new electrician (who was very competent and shocked by Spates work) has to rip holes in newly restored and painted walls to make 2 walls with numerous outlets hot. Did not install switches as agreed and boxes were not aligned properly so some plates are not flush... He did not honor his contract, cost time in delays and numerous unreturned phone calls, and to refinish holes and repaint.... finally he explained: I am busy doing commercial work and making more money, as a businessman I have to take care of myself.... I would not recommend him.

Excellent service , professional electrical work completed on time and reasonable rates. I would recommend Energize Electric to anyone looking for electrical work.

The electrician was prompt, efficient and gave a fair price. I called for an estimate and got a reply the same day. Five days later the job was done. I have already recommended him to my friends. I would call him again.
