Inland Empire Door

I called another garage door company and explained I wanted to get in touch with Michael Foster or Shanda Foster of Inland Empire Door because they owe me a refund and his only response was "good luck with that"

They don't seem to have either a city license or a contractors license in California. I ordered a door from them in May 2018 and paid a $652.50 deposit. They told me 4 week delivery. I started contacting them 6-8 weeks in and they finally responded that their "girl" made a mistake on the order and he would get back to me. After 3 months and repeatedly trying to reach them via phone and email Michael Foster contacted me by email and said they could not get the door and had to cancel my order. I asked about the deposit in a return email and never received a response. I posted this on Yelp several weeks ago and he finally emailed me back that he did not have my address (he did have my address for the installation) to send a check as he was unable to credit back the deposit to my credit card for some reason. I sent him the address and he responded "got it". I has been 3 weeks now and I have repeatedly tried calling and emailing and still not response. Let the buyer beware. I contacted the City of Beaumont and there is no business listed at their address, I have contacted the Contractors License Board and they do not have any license listed under their personal or business names.

The door installer Edman was professional extrimnly knowledgeable and professional Inlend Empire door should be proud to have him 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
