O & S Painting was founded in 1964 as a partnership. In 1978, it was incorporated. In 1993, it changed from the original owners to long-time employee, Jerry Wagner. J. J. Wagner worked with Jerry for several years before purchasing O & S Painting in 2011. O & S Painting is family-owned and operated right here in Bedford, IN.
