Tim Schwartz does not care about the quality of work he puts out, threatens his customers and is dishonest in his practices. Even after 20 years of experience he still does a poor job and if he's been getting away with it for that long he's never going to change. He came out to do a glazing job at my mother's house, did very poor work demanded payment and if we didn't pay which we didn't. He threatened to smash bricks through the Windows. If you want someone with a high temper and low quality work output, this is your guy Tim Schwartz. Oh and to top it all off his quotes are outrageous, he will gladly take advantage of you.

He overcharges and when the job is not done to code and has to return to fix it he will charge you even more!! He installed a garbage disposal in one of my rental units and did not put conduit of the electric line and the housing inspector said it had to be corrected, he returned to fix the issue two days after he said he would and charged me 120.00 to do something that should have been done the first time, he charged me 350.00 to do it the first time!. I also had him replace a bathroom exhaust fan in the unit next door, I supplied the fan and he did the work in 15 minutes and charged me 200.00 He has poor time management skills and will over charge you for the work that is being done and leave behind his mess for you to clean!! User Beware!!
