Communication was very easy; Kyan really knew what he was doing; and replaced only exactly what needed to be replaced. He was very helpful and gave me a lot of tips on how to maintain a water heater, and how to trouble shoot. He also double, triple checked to make sure nothing was still leaking. He made a very stressful event (broken pipe; no water or heat in the house) a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend!
