Heidi & Co. Cleaning

Tried to set up a biweekly cleaning for my 1 bedroom 800 Sq ft condo with Heidi and told her the first time around the cleaning will be slightly different because I have a couch I bought used that has pet dander and asked if she could clean it. She told me she could but told me it's not worth it unless I have carpet to clean. That's fair. She quotes me 200 initial clean and 100 for subsequent biweekly cleans and I tell her I will call back in a week for the cleaning. I do, we confirm, her husband calls me a day later, an hour before the job, to tell me 200 is not enough... Uhhh, you quoted me... "I'm 50 years old, I can't do this all day and only make 100 bucks...she misquoted you" Ummm...you mean Heidi? Of Heidi and co cleaning? "Well we meant the cleaning would cost that much. We didn't mean the carpet and couch. The machine is pretty big." Incrediblely unprofessional "business" run by people without the common decency and honor to stand by their word. Don't let them into your home.
