Kim and Amy staged my home before placing it up for sale. They have are very efficient and organized process from their first meeting with clients, to the date of staging, and continued communication to the end of the process. I was very impressed with their organization, the final look of my home, their design style, and their bubbly cheerful personalities. I definitely recommend their services.

Shoreline Remodel | Nov 2014 | This great split-level home was remodeled by a real estate investor in Shoreline. The owner chose quality and contemporary finishes for this home and we staged it to appeal to the discerning Seattle market. The end result was bright, elegant and inviting. | $2k | Shoreline, WA
Sammamish Occupied Redesign | Nov 2014 | This occupied Sammamish home was in a great family neighborhood. The layout worked well for the owners but when it came time to sell, we needed to show a few key rooms as its intended purpose while also showing the scale of each room. The homeowner did not own complete living and family room sets. Therefore, we brought in some great transitional pieces to create cozy and updated rooms. The home sold quickly! | $775 | Sammamish, WA
South Seattle Stage | Nov 2014 | This home boasts amazing views of Lake Washington from almost every room! We wanted to show off the bright windows and updated spaces with clean, contemporary furnishings that would not distract from the amazing large windows and views. The layout also provided some challenges to potential buyers so it was important to arrange the furniture in a way that defined each space. | $3k | Seattle, WA
Staged to Sell in Seattle | Oct 2014 | This 1930's home was remodeled and the listing agent wanted a modern feel. We staged this home with our Signature Staging Package which includes more stylized furnishings. The result was a quick sale that brought in 29% over asking price! | $2k | Seattle, WA
Redmond Rambler | Oct 2014 | This rambler was nicely updated and boasted a great-room and 5 bedrooms. It was important to show how furniture could fit within the layout of the great room. We did this by using furniture that was the right scale for the room while not blocking the floor to ceiling windows. It also had a nicely sized eat-in kitchen area that we wanted to show could serve a dual purpose with a cozy seating area. For the bedrooms, we chose to create vignettes in some of the bedrooms which offered the idea of a playroom and office. This home received multiple offers! | $2k | Redmond, WA
Mid-Century Modern Style in Medina | Sep 2015 | Fully staged vacant home | Medina, WA
Modernized in Redmond | Aug 2015 | This home was renovated to sell and the high end, contemporary design called for a modern stage job. We used neutral tones to play up the bright light and large windows. The living room presented a design challenge with a corner fireplace in the great room. We wanted to preserve nice pass through to the french doors & expansive deck while still providing a great family gathering space. We placed a full set of furniture in there to show that a buyer could have functional seating with room to spare. | Redmond, WA
Kenmore | Aug 2015 | Fully Staged vacant home in Kenmore | Kenmore, WA
Charming Greenlake Bungalow | Jul 2015 | We used charming and quirky vignettes to reflect the vibe of the neighborhood in this Greenlake area stage. We worked with the brightly painted walls to create a fun, cozy atmosphere. | Seattle, WA |
