This occupied Sammamish home was in a great family neighborhood. The layout worked well for the owners but when it came time to sell, we needed to show a few key rooms as its intended purpose while also showing the scale of each room. The homeowner did not own complete living and family room sets. Therefore, we brought in some great transitional pieces to create cozy and updated rooms. The home sold quickly!

This home boasts amazing views of Lake Washington from almost every room! We wanted to show off the bright windows and updated spaces with clean, contemporary furnishings that would not distract from the amazing large windows and views. The layout also provided some challenges to potential buyers so it was important to arrange the furniture in a way that defined each space.

This rambler was nicely updated and boasted a great-room and 5 bedrooms. It was important to show how furniture could fit within the layout of the great room. We did this by using furniture that was the right scale for the room while not blocking the floor to ceiling windows. It also had a nicely sized eat-in kitchen area that we wanted to show could serve a dual purpose with a cozy seating area. For the bedrooms, we chose to create vignettes in some of the bedrooms which offered the idea of a playroom and office. This home received multiple offers!

This home was renovated to sell and the high end, contemporary design called for a modern stage job. We used neutral tones to play up the bright light and large windows. The living room presented a design challenge with a corner fireplace in the great room. We wanted to preserve nice pass through to the french doors & expansive deck while still providing a great family gathering space. We placed a full set of furniture in there to show that a buyer could have functional seating with room to spare.
