Buyers Beware: Pending lawsuit currently 11/2016. This company is unprofessional, inexperience, and obviously don't know what they are doing. They are a "fly by night" company trying to make a 1 man show look big by hiding behind a "pretty" website. They used my house (yellow) on their website as featured home without my permission. Showing photos that are only incomplete work. Not showing true photos of damaged areas. Their website forgot to show photos that are bare wood, damaged Shingles over 50% of my roof, poor poor workmanship, deceitful company. They only show photos of the Front of my house and unfinished work photos. That's pretty much how it was done unfinished and sloppy work in back of house, scuffed shingles on top house and on side of my home. My inspection report is enough proof for me to file the litigation pending currently. My story. First my house was installed just summer of 2015. Already it's leaking only few months after. I got suspicious and hired an inspector to inspect my whole ENTIRE ROOF. I'm glad I did! My inspector found out tons of issues that Multifacet Group cut corners and damaged my roof shingles by leaving deep boot marking on over 50% of my roof. Installation were done incorrectly, flashing were not installed in places especially corners, my 50 year roof was not installed professionally or correctly but done by cutting and pasting. Not enough Nails were used per code. Plenty of violations on this company work ethics,performance, dishonest work, Hiding bad workmanship because we owners don't ever go on roof to inspect finished work performed. A four Month old roof installed by Multifacet roof just doesn't leak IF it was done correctly. My Inspector found Bare wood showing in various places on my roof. Damages to tons of my shingles and a indentation on My roof caused by Multifacet group using that spot as a loading and unloading spot. Professional company have roofing materials roof top delivered NOT hiring Home Depot guys to load and unload by hand. Took them 2 Months to complete and sometimes they dont even show up until I call them. They used people that are unlicensed and inexperienced to install big project roof Such as mine. My yellow house as u can see on their website shows work that are incomplete NOT a true complete work as finished product. When I called to have them Multifacet to repair and fix they refused and made excuses to the Leak so I filed a LAWSUIT which is currently pending now. To ALL HOMEOWNERS- BEWARE !Please hire a roof inspector to inspect ALL roof jobs. We as homeowners don't know so let the roof inspectors do that work. When we buy a home we get home an inspection done. Why would we not get a roof inspector for our 2nd most important and expensive purchase? Protect yourself from headaches and protect your asset by hiring a roof inspector. Roof inspections are only $350 but it will save you 30,000 and upwards. Negotiate payment in full after a satisfactory roof inspector approval. Any company that has a good reputation will agree to that. If not, you know They cant do the job. So that's an easy way to weed out the bad companies. Interview your roofers. Call their previous references. Don't pay them until you get your roof inspected by a roof inspector. I especially advise all homeowners that if you have a jobs done by this company Multifacet, to please get an inspector out there to inspect the roof ASAP. Protect yourself from companies such as this one. Dishonest, inexperienced, unprofessional company. All roofs should be inspected PRIOR to payments in full. A lesson learned but my horrible experience with this company will allow me to reach out and help other home owners to stop these types of dishonesty.
