13 ratings and only 1.6 stars?! Sounds about right… Never have I felt more talked down to from another adult then by Kim Fast. She comes off very anti kid, asking if my children where loud kids or good kids right in front of them. Then leaving us without heat in the beginning of last winter for almost two months because we kept playing phone tag when they would just randomly show up to fix it. Zero communication was used before hand till right before it was fixed. Then the maintenance guy very aggressively asked if he had access to enter next time because I was so hard to get ahold of. Because unfortunately, I can’t answer every personal phone call while at work although definitely tried. I have rented form a few other property management companies around here and although this may seem petty, I’d stay away from Fast Property Management. Son rise, Windermere and Beech are all a thousand times better and actually treat you with a little respect.

These people are condescending and rude to their tenants. They can't fix basic shit. One of their workers, piers, is a bitch ass. the rest of them are friendly enough. DON'T rent from these jerks, there is a reason their rating is so low. if I could give them 0 stars I would. These cheapskates even charge 10$ everytime you pay your rent through their portal. This company overall is shady, ignorant, and worthless. They let squatters stay for free so if your into that you should hang out. Meth heads were hanging out on my porch every night for months until I got a shotgun. This company leaves moldy washing machines for the tenants. They thrive on the idea that college kids won't complain about their rights as tenants. the 5-star reviews are from people who don't know any better.

They asked in the prescreening if I have a service animal and when I said yes she stopped responding to my emails which is a clear HUD violation.

Kim fast is a homophobic, rude, condescending piece of work. She tried to tow my car when I was checking on a friend. No residence only signs on this property so good luck!! She referred to my friends as “those people”. Their maintenance is a joke.....paint right over stickers on the walls, then sticker falls off!
