3M Construction

Chris & Kelli Mills of 3M Construction, were contracted to do a renovation project for us in Austin Tx in July of 2015, they had no workers comp Insurance for them selves or the people they put on the job site, they requested to be paid after 3 days of work, claiming they did not have the funds to pay there help. They were not licensed General Contractors as they tried to present themselves as. They had to be terminated from the project do to terrible workmanship, countless no shows and repeated attempts to contact them with no results. If you are looking for a professional contractor, they are not it! You may want to reconsider before doing business with these people and avoid making the same mistake we did. We have reported them to the BBB. They are not General Contractors as they state they are ! They have NO state license, No Workers Comp and very unprofessional . Be extremely cautious doing any business with them.

Each conversation with 3M Construction has been very professional. The company started this project on time and have kept in constant contact with me. They have given suggestions all throughout the project, not only necessary updates, such as electrical outlets; but have also made suggestions to improve the overall function of the house. Needing to complete this project on a tight budget I was very pleased with the solutions they recommended to help me stay within that budget. Having worked with contractors in the past I have found some that are not trustworthy and I don't make recommendations readily. I will be hiring 3M for another project very soon.

I have had the best experience with this crew. They got my project done with perfection! And it was done without delay (as I have had a really bad experience with another contractor). I will highly recommend them to anybody and everybody looking for perfection
