H&M PLUMBING

Had a broken water line 3 years ago that lead to complete repiping- main plumber brought his 14 yo stepson as his apprentice. Tried to leave us with no toilet overnight, to include leaving the sewer line open (gas exposure). 2 day job turned into 2 weeks with three return visits. Pipes froze that winter, no insulation. They had to come out and, hopefully, insulated all the lines. They broke the irrigation lines, faucets outside the house are loose and unstable, and have had two water leaks since because of their work. I could have called them back with the warranty, but chose to call a more reputable company. To this day I regret allowing them in the door.

I am utterly shocked with this company. I am a disabled veteran single parent of 4. I worked from home today so that I could be home to get my water heater replaced. When they arrived I was on a call so my daughter answered the door and told them I would be there in one minute. When I got off the call I went to the door and told them that I am working from home and will be making calls. I showed them when to go. I then went back to my living room to work. 15 minutes later one of them started screaming ma’am. I was on a work call while he was doing this. Once I got off the call I walked to the kitchen where I found him and he informed he was calling me to tell me he needed to turn my sink on. I expected there to be noise from moving the water heater. But I didn’t not expected to be able to hear them word for word talking to each as if they were right next to me while half way across my house. They then yelled at me across my house to tell me that they were leaving to get a part. They returned 2 hours later after I was off of work. And of course they were silent as mouse when I wasn’t working. You should never yell at your customer from across the house. Professionalism means walk over to your customer and y’all to them showing some common curtesy.
