Since 1990 I have been involved in real estate development and residential construction. This builder's background gives me a greater knowledge about all of the technical details that are built into homes and helps my clients make a more informed decision about their home purchase. I continue to stay updated on new construction techniques with continuing education and with my close association with area builders. I have recently have had my "Certified Master Builder" license renewed and extended to April 2016. I am one of only 110 Certified Master Builders in the state of Oregon. I was first licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1992. I have been involved in more than 500 real estate sales transactions.
