Star Disposal

The driver never picked up all the trash cans would leave one or two cans full mist pickup days for the last month the alley has snow in it today but was clear all last week and they didn't pick up the trash the alley was hard to get up and down but there were times there was no snow and no pickup was made unfortunately when I complain he wants to cancel the contract maybe that's a good thing because he doesn't pick up the trash and says he does I would not recommend this company

Ever picked up all the trash cans always left one or two I called several times about this problem and was it would be handled never was list weeks 4 to be exact called several times when the alley was snow free they never came and was told that they came had to send a picture of all the trash to office finally got the manager he said he can't pick it up and would refund A month's worth but would not pick up the trash and canceled our contract would not recommend this company.

I agree with the others on here, the guy running the show is a complete A** . I've been with Star for years and never had a problem, but this past year, NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. They don't pick up my household garbage, they open my garbage bags to see what's in them and leave them sit for MONTHS, I requested several times bulk removal which was never done, not to mention, their guys broke at least 6 of my cans in the past year! I have paid for services NOT RENDERED and will file a complaint and get my money back, as they haven't even showed up to fulfill the rest of my 3 months after I complained! They will not return a phone call or my emails. They took my money and didn't do their job that I paid them to do! Thieves!!!

I made an account in this weird website JUST to make a review of Star Disposal because they really and truly are amazing. If I forget to take my cans to the curb as I occasionally do, they will always walk up to get them for me, and every week once they take the trash they bring the cans back up to by the door where we store them. They are great guys, and I only wish the recycling was as good as Star hah.
