I would like to reply to your response. yes, you offered to come back, after the experience I had I chose not to. I never told your people to leave, I was surprised when they did as they never finished. I requested 2 people when I was told might be 3 and said I wanted 2. nothing more was said, so I assumed it would be 2. this was not the amount I have on my contract. I would have been happy to pay it if the work was done . your supervisor was very nice and agreed the work was not done well. that is why she offered to come back at no expense and do the cleaning. by the way, I have never written a bad review before. I was actually astonished at how bad the cleaning was. i'm surprised at what you are posting as the lady who came out not only agreed with me but, told your workers while they were here. you might also tell them to spend less time talking to each other.

our experience was very disappointing. to start we requested only 2 ladies. 3 came. they left floors dirty, moved and did not replace objects, and for some reason left smudges on windows. windows were not included. they spent much time talking amongst themselves. all of this took so much time we were charged way over the quote. when supervisor came she said she was horrified at what she saw and would speak to the crew. I was left with a mess of dirty floors, windows and everything out of place. my husband and I are elderly and it was a big job for us.
