Totally unsatisfied Terry. Cut corners wherever he could. How do I watch them like a hawk to make sure he did it right.

We had Bob install hardwood floors in our living room and office and on the stairs, and luxury vinyl planks in the kitchen. When he came to give a quote, I could tell he was knowledgeable and had been doing this work for a long time. He was straightforward and honest about the options for our project. He didn't try to "upsell" us on work we didn't need, and he was fantastic with communicating throughout the project to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. The prices were reasonable for the work we had done and the floors came out beautifully. I would highly recommend him for any flooring project!

Doing a makeover on a small bedroom, I discovered that under the rug the floor was water damaged and in need of replacement; not repair. Bob assessed the situation quickly and made recommendations and in short time installed a beautiful new floor. Two thresholds were needed and he did an excellent job matching them with the adjoining rooms. The job was done in a timely manner and looks terrific.
