Do not hire this guy. He estimated a job at $400, then did it in 3 hours and insisted his proposal was a flat rate for the job and demanded $400. Plus he seems a bit deranged...I paid him just to get away from him.
...so, it turns out he is also a teller of tall, self-serving and totally inaccurate tales...another reason to avoid.
